Our company operates out of an 8,000 square foot warehouse and 2,500 square feet of office space. FPS employs over 50 highly skilled employees, including 6 project managers, and a complete fleet of trucks and machinery to readily handle any project that may arise. Our staff has the ability to analyze and fulfill your unique needs, without interrupting your daily business operations.

President

As President, Frank is the driving force of FPS Contracting. He continuously seeks to go above and beyond clients expectations. Frank also possesses a tremendous ability to solve problems that arise in various situations, whether they occur in the field or in the office. That ability developed over a span of more than 30 years of experience as a general contractor. His leadership, innovation and commitment to client satisfaction have made FPS Contracting so highly respected.

Peter Alesci

Vice President/Field Operations

Peter is the lead project manager and provides day-to-day, hands-on project management. As lead project manager, Peter has emphatically trained a number of foreman to exceed FPS Contracting standards of excellence. His work ethic and motivation heavily influences the employees in the field to achieve the finest craftsmanship in construction. His ingenuity and experience of over 14 years have made finding solutions to any problem an easy task. Peter’s expertise lies in providing unsurpassed workmanship and completing concurrent projects on time.

Salvatore Alesci

Senior Project Coordinator/Finance & Administration

Salvatore specializes in pre-construction services and oversees all departments within the office such as, Purchasing, Estimating, Scheduling, Marketing, and Personnel Management. His main goal is to have FPS recognized by its clients as delivering the highest standards of service and quality control in the industry. He ensures that projects not only meet, but exceed, client expectations.
