Peter is the lead project manager and provides day-to-day, hands-on project management. As lead project manager, Peter has emphatically trained a number of foreman to exceed FPS Contracting standards of excellence. His work ethic and motivation heavily influences the employees in the field to achieve the finest craftsmanship in construction. His ingenuity and experience of over 20 years have made finding solutions to any problem an easy task. Peter's expertise lies in providing unsurpassed workmanship and completing concurrent projects on time.

Salvatore specializes in pre-construction services and oversees all departments within the office such as, Purchasing, Estimating, Scheduling, Marketing, and Personnel Management. His main goal is to have FPS recognized by its clients as delivering the highest standards of service and quality control in the industry. He ensures that projects not only meet, but exceed, client expectations.
