FPS Contracting Inc. was founded in Maspeth, Queens, and has grown into one of New York's most trusted general contracting firms. Since 1983, we have served the metropolitan area with a commitment to quality workmanship, honest communication, and on-time delivery.

President & Founder

Known as "Frank," Francesco Alesci brings more than 40 years of general contracting experience and a proven ability to lead complex projects from planning through completion. As President and Founder of FPS Contracting Inc., he guides company strategy, client relationships, and project execution with a hands-on understanding of construction, scheduling, coordination, and problem solving. His leadership has helped establish FPS as a trusted New York contractor for healthcare, institutional, commercial, supportive housing, and development-driven work.

Vice President, Field Operations

Peter Alesci joined FPS Contracting in 2000 and has become a key leader in the company's field operations. As Vice President of Field Operations, he oversees active construction sites with a strong focus on scheduling, coordination, quality control, and day-to-day execution. His hands-on leadership helps keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining the workmanship, organization, and accountability that FPS clients expect.

Salvatore Alesci joined FPS Contracting in 2000 and plays an important leadership role in the company's continued growth and operations. As Owner and Director, he helps oversee client relationships, project planning, internal coordination, and business development across FPS Contracting's institutional and commercial construction markets. His attention to detail and commitment to service help ensure every project is delivered with professionalism, clarity, and the high standards that define FPS.
